The diaphragm pressure gauge is an instrument designed to measure the pressure of fluid media. It is suitable for non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying media that do not corrode copper alloys. It features an accuracy class of 2.5, operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, and requires vertical installation.

Working Principle:

Employing a metal bellows diaphragm as the elastic element, the gauge transmits pressure changes through diaphragm deformation to a transmission mechanism that drives the pointer for pressure indication. It is suitable for pressure measurement in highly corrosive, high-viscosity, crystallizing, or solid-particle-containing media within industrial sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.

The gauge offers material options including PTFE, tantalum, and Hastelloy for corrosive environments. It supports threaded (M14×1.5, M20×1.5) or flanged connections (compliant with HG, GB, JIS standards), with a measurement range from 0…1.6 kPa to 2.5 MPa. It provides 10 times full-scale overpressure protection.

The shock-resistant design incorporates internal damping fluid and a buffer mechanism, with an IP64 protection rating, making it suitable for environments with vibration or pressure pulses. The open flange design facilitates cleaning of high-viscosity or crystallizing media. The sealing system transmits pressure via an isolation diaphragm, preventing direct contact between the medium and the instrument's internal components.
