Product Introduction
Precision pressure gauges are instruments designed for high-accuracy pressure measurement, typically rated at accuracy classes 0.1, 0.25, or 0.4—significantly higher than standard industrial pressure gauges (rated at 1.6 or 2.5). Widely used in laboratory calibration, industrial process control, scientific experiments, and other fields, they serve as the “reference standard” in pressure measurement.
● Working Principle: The core principle of precision pressure gauges relies on the deformation of elastic elements. These elements—such as Bourdon tubes, diaphragms, or bellows—deform under pressure. The deformation is amplified through a transmission mechanism (gears, levers), driving the pointer to indicate the pressure value on the dial.
● Main Structure: Precision pressure gauges consist of a pressure-measuring system, transmission mechanism, indicating device, and housing. The pressure-measuring elastic element undergoes specialized processing for stable and reliable performance. When paired with a high-precision transmission mechanism and calibrated accordingly, it ensures accurate indication.
Technical Parameters
● Measurement Range: Micro-pressure gauge (upper limit <0.1MPa), low-pressure gauge (0.1MPa to 6MPa), medium-pressure gauge (10MPa to 60MPa), high-pressure gauge (60MPa to 160MPa), ultra-high-pressure gauge (>160MPa). Accuracy Class: 0.25%, 0.4%.
● Operating Environment Conditions: 5–40°C, relative humidity ≤80%.Temperature Effect: When ambient temperature deviates from 20±3°C (Type A) or 20±2°C (Type B), account for additional temperature error of 0.4%/10°C.
