Anti-vibration pressure gauges, also known as shock-resistant pressure gauges, feature excellent vibration resistance. This series is particularly suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors that pose no explosion hazard, do not crystallize or solidify, and do not corrode copper or copper alloys—especially in environments with intense mechanical vibration and severe pressure pulsations.

Principle of Shock-Resistant Pressure Gauge
1) Composed of a pressure transmission system (including connectors, bourdon tube, flow-limiting screw, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, indicating device (pointer and dial), and housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.).
2) The shock-resistant pressure gauge housing features an airtight structure, effectively shielding internal components from environmental impacts and contamination ingress.
Shock-resistant pressure gauges filled with damping fluid (typically silicone oil or glycerin) within the housing resist operational vibration and mitigate the effects of pulsating medium pressure.
