The Class 1.6 General Pressure Gauge is a standard pressure gauge with an accuracy class of 1.6, designed for general industrial pressure measurement applications.

Working Principle and Application Scope: This pressure gauge operates through an internal Bourdon tube sensitive element that undergoes elastic deformation under pressure. This deformation is transmitted via the movement conversion mechanism to drive the pointer rotation, thereby indicating the pressure value. It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors that are non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying, and non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys. The operating temperature range is typically -40°C to 70°C, with a vibration resistance rating of V·H·3.

Technical Parameters and Standardization

Accuracy class 1.6 originates from the standardized R5 number system, replacing the former 1.5 class to ensure systematic classification. Common models include Y-50, Y-60, Y-100, etc., with dial diameters of 60mm, 100mm, 150mm, etc. Measurement ranges cover -0.1MPa to 100MPa, and connection threads are typically M20×1.5 or M14×1.5.
