The C560 steam turbine is a multi-stage condensing turbine with a single-deck configuration and a main shaft speed of 5600-6500 rpm. The T560 is a condensing turbine unit suitable for waste heat power generation ranging from 750 to 4000 kW, utilizing either superheated fresh steam or saturated steam with a minimum pressure of just 0.45 MPa. Exhaust steam is condensed into water within the system's integrated condenser. Primarily applied in waste heat recovery and power generation utilizing residual heat in industries such as chemicals and sulfuric acid production, it has developed standard series products including 1.5MW, 2.2MW, 3MW, and 4.0MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation steam turbines. These can now meet the waste heat power generation requirements of enterprises rich in waste heat steam. The equipment features lower operating costs and more significant economic benefits.

● Steam Seal Type: Stainless steel plate labyrinth steam seal, honeycomb contact steam seal
● Main Steam Valve: Integrated automatic main steam valve (combination regulating valve)
● Main shaft assembly: Compound-speed impeller blades, interference fit between rotor and impeller, impeller blades with embedded installation
● Lubrication system: Forced oil lubrication with thin oil station and cooler
● Thermal expansion compensation: Sliding thermal compensation for front bearing support
● Electrical configuration: Complete set of electrical control cabinets, protection cabinets, main control cabinets, and matching generator (voltage 400-10050V)
