The C570 steam turbine is a single-stage back-pressure steam turbine generator set featuring a single-speed-recovery-stage rotor with a pitch circle diameter of 1040 mm. Its speed control system employs the internationally mainstream American

Woodward 505 digital controller + CPC electro-hydraulic converter, multi-combination valve regulation, forced lubrication, and a main shaft speed of 3000 rpm, paired with a high-voltage generator. The primary feature of this model is its utilization of low-temperature, low-pressure steam with a small pressure differential as the steam source to drive the steam turbine generator for electricity generation. Its maximum power output reaches 3000 kW. This type of turbine unit is a first in China.

Steam Seal Type: Aluminum-carbon precision spring-compensated gapless seal (exhaust pressure < 0.5MPa) / Stainless steel labyrinth steam seal (exhaust pressure > 0.5MPa)

Main Steam Valve: Integrated automatic main steam valve (rapid-closing regulating combination valve)

Main shaft assembly: Multi-speed impeller blades, interference fit between rotor and impeller, embedded impeller blades

Lubrication system: Forced oil lubrication (with integrated lubrication station)

Thermal expansion compensation: Sliding thermal compensation for front bearing support

Electrical configuration: Complete set of electrical control cabinets, protection cabinets, main control cabinets, and matching generators (voltage 400-10500V)
