1. Generator Disassembly and Inspection
Generator Equipment Overhaul
Stator
1. Inspect the end cover, guard plate, wind deflector, gasket, etc.;
2. Inspect and clean the lead-out wires and bushings of the stator winding;
3. Check and clean the end winding insulation, binding wires, wooden pads, etc. If necessary, replace a small amount of the insulation wood of the end winding;
4. Inspect and clean the ventilation channel and the insulation of the part windings at the channel, inspect the slot wedges and the core, bind and fix a small number of the slot wedges;
5. Inspect and clean the fire extinguishing device;
6. Inspect and calibrate the thermometer (including the embedded type);
7. Spray insulating paint on the end windings.
Rotor
1. Measure the air gap;
2. Check the tightness of the ventilation system;
3. Remove the rotor: inspect and clean the rotor, check the installation of the sleeve; inspect and measure for any displacement, deformation of the sleeve, and whether the gap at the joint of the segmented sleeve has changed; inspect the rotor core, fan, shaft neck and balance weight block; inspect the binding wire of the wound-rotor; check for any blockage of the ventilation holes;
4. Inspect and clean the brush frame, slip ring, leads, adjust the brush pressure, replace the brush (including the grounding brush), polish the slip ring, and if necessary, machine the slip ring;
