Product Introduction

Closed-loop cooling towers, also known as evaporative air coolers or enclosed cooling towers, feature tube heat exchangers housed within the tower. Cooling is achieved through heat exchange between circulating water, spray water, and airflow. This closed-loop design prevents water contamination, safeguarding the efficient operation of primary equipment and extending its service life. When ambient temperatures are low, the spray water system can be shut off to conserve water.

‌Working Principle‌: Utilizes a dual-circulation system where high-temperature process water flows through enclosed coils, exchanging heat with external spray water and air to achieve cooling.
