Chengdu Haijie Power Generator Equipment Co.,ltd (CHPG) locates in Shuangliu Industrial Area, Chengdu, China. The workshop covers an area of 2000 m2. Our fixed assets are about 40 million RMB, and we have 32 tons High Speed Balancing Machine (Full set of German Schenck), 20 tons Low Speed Balancing Machine and other Aux precision equipment. We have all kinds of equipment& tools for turbine& generator maintenance work, and perfect management system. We have technical corporation with colleges in Sichuan Province to improve our company’s technology and then serve for our customers.
We mainly provide the maintenance work for Qingdao Jieneng Turbine and Jinan Generator.We would supply the high quality turbine spares and generator spares. We also provide maintenance work of rotor& stator (Include repair& replace of slip ring, replace retaining ring and insulation work, replace turbine blades, replace turbine shaft, replace turbine sealing rings, etc), technical updating for turbine& generator, overhaul work for turbine& generator, supplying BFPT.

Dynamic Balancing work for rotor of turbine&generator and other rotation equipment
Our company introduced Germany Schunk high-speed dynamic balancing machine for turbine rotor, generator rotor, fan rotor, internal combustion engine rotor, compressor rotor, all kinds of pumps and other operating equipment dynamic balance correction, rotating equipment fault analysis and dynamic balance diagnosis services at site.
Upgrade for turbine-generator unit
Supported by the elite technical team of the group company, we have mature technical capabilities in turbine energy saving and consumption reduction technology upgrading and flow through part upgrading, such as turbine efficiency improvement upgrading, bleed extraction steam to adjustable extraction steam, extraction condensing turbine to back pressure type, shaft seal system upgrading, hydraulic regulation system to servo oil motor with independent oil station.

Turbine rotor impeller, blade, gland sleeve replacement, journal repair, main shaft correction, generator rotor grounding treatment, scraping ring& cleaning, insulation reinforcement, collector ring turning or replacement.
Spares and Aux for turbine-generator unit
Routine maintenance accessories include steam seal ring, seal spring leaf, seal spring, bearing, bearing bushing, oil retaining ring, steam valve seal packing material, speed control system slide valve sleeve, thermal control instrument probe& measuring device, carbon brush, and other special accessories customized such as turbine blade, regulating steam valve, collector ring.
Normal auxiliary machines include water ejector (steam ejector), oil cooler tube bundle, high & low pressure heater tube bundle, shaft sealing cooler tube bundle and other auxiliary system accessories, and upgrading services for Aux equipment capacity improving. Production technology and configuration specification
Technology feature
This turbine is suitable for mechanical drive, and specially for directly driving the compressor, oil pump, air blower, water pump, generator. This turbine could operate according to mechanical load or thermal load, but it can not controlled by both at the same time.
1.The main structure is novel, advanced, reliable, small size, light weight, high efficiency.
2.The turbine adopts Japan Nucom actuator or American Woodward TG-17(TG-17E) actuator, and the governor adopts ZH100 digital governor or American Woodward 2301D governor.
3.The turbine adopts mechanical and electrical overspeed protection. Mechanical security part is constituted by emergency breaker, emergency breaker connecting rod and steam valve assembly. Electrical security part is constituted by speed measuring gear, governor and stopping electromagnet, and it realizes the local and remote emergency shutdown to ensure the safe and stable operation of the turbine.
4.The dynamic and static blades of this turbine adopt the high-efficiency module developed by our company with over 50 years of technical accumulation, to ensure that the turbine can start quickly, and run safely and efficiently.
5.The turbine structure is designed for easy transportation and installation with the combined structure of oil station and steam turbine. The steam turbine is assembled on the base plate in our factory, and transported as a whole unit for simple and quick installation.
