1. Overall Retrofit Principles: Maintain existing turbine foundation to minimize on-site construction complexity and workload.
1) Maximize utilization of existing equipment and installations to reduce investment and shorten retrofit duration.
2) The retrofit plan must address steam pipeline velocity, turbine axial thrust, rotor dynamic balance, and related issues.
3) Significantly enhance power generation efficiency under operational conditions compared to previous performance.
2. Key Modifications to the Turbine Body:
1) Convert the dual-row multiple-speed stage to a single-row regulating stage to meet non-pressure-regulating requirements and improve unit efficiency.
2) Increase the number of pressure stages from 1 to 6 (redesign 6-stage diaphragms). Design diaphragm sleeves within the original cylinder to accommodate all newly designed diaphragms.
3) Replace the original configuration of 1 double-row speed-reducing stage and 1 pressure stage with a sleeve rotor comprising 1 single-row regulating stage and 6 pressure stages (directly redesign a new rotor assembly).
