CPC-Ⅱ is a type of electro-hydraulic converter, specifically designed for industrial control, used to convert current signals into precise pressure outputs to drive valves or servo systems.
Core Functions and Working Principle: CPC-Ⅱ receives a 4-20mA current setpoint input signal and linearly converts it into a proportional pressure output, thereby achieving precise control of actuating mechanisms such as steam inlet valves; its design supports pressure-type servo systems or single-acting hydraulic cylinders and is compatible with various controllers (such as WOODWARD 505, MicroNet), etc.
Main Technical Characteristics
1) Input/Output Configuration: It has two analog input channels (supporting redundant setpoints or pressure feedback), one analog output channel (4-20mA, capable of driving a 0-500Ω load, for monitoring but not for closed-loop feedback), two digital input channels (for specifying master-slave mode or redundant activation), and three digital output channels (configurable as alarms, shutdown, or redundant status indication).
2) Power Requirements: Requires a 24VDC power supply, continuous current of 2A, peak current of 5A (lasting for 2 seconds), and no internal power switch. An external circuit breaker or switch must be connected.
3) Grounding Specifications: The enclosure must be reliably grounded. Safety grounding (PE) uses green/yellow wires (such as 12 AWG), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) grounding requires a low-resistance short cable.
