1. Function and Principle
1) Core Function: Measures the expansion differential between the casing and foundation using two linear displacement sensors, providing real-time monitoring of thermal expansion in the steam turbine casing.
2) Working Principle: Sensors mounted on both sides of the casing dead center. The differential value indicates deformation level, with configurable alarm thresholds.

● Model: TD-2 Series, DEA-DF9032-03-03 (220V), DF9032, JM-X-3R.
● Range: 25mm, 35mm, 50mm (optional).
● Accuracy: Linear error ≤ ±1% (full-scale value).
● Output: 4–20mA current analog signal, two-stage alarm switch signal.
