The T800K Steam Turbine Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System (DEH) is a turbine DEH system based on the K-series design within the MACS system. The T800K employs fully digital intelligent servo and speed protection modules, enabling the development of various advanced control functions tailored to specific user requirements. It supports configuration with a full range of I/O redundancy modules, delivering enhanced reliability and safety.
T800K Features
● Fully redundant multi-functional bus, achieving complete redundancy for system power, field power, and communication bus.
● Configurable redundancy for the full range of modules including RTD, TC, AI, A0, DI, and D0.
● Supports execution cycles of 50ms, 100ms, 200ms, 500ms, 1000ms, and 2000ms, with independent configuration per scheme page to accommodate varying field speeds.
● Modules adapt to both bus and star topologies, with full redundancy from transceivers to communication cables.
● Supports DP communication rates from 1.5Mbps to 3Mbps for seamless integration with third-party DP devices. Enables connection to 100Mbps industrial Ethernet devices and FF-HSE equipment.
● Supports converting modules to Ethernet for integration with other systems. Entire product line complies with ISA-S71.04-1985G3 protection standards. Operates in high-humidity environments from 20°C to 60°C and altitudes up to 3000 meters.

1) Fully digital programmable module with digital settings for tooth count, trip speed, acceleration threshold, servo proportional-integral (PI) control, etc.
2) Operates independently or integrates with Hollysys master control systems via PROFIBUS-DP bus.
3) Electro-hydraulic servo control output within ±10V, ±200mA range, capable of driving various electro-hydraulic servo valves.
4) Supports 6-wire or 3-wire LVDT systems, with LVDTs directly connected to the servo control module for modulation and demodulation.
5) Control cycle <5ms, ensuring DEH regulation quality and standalone operation capability.
6) Communicates with other control systems via MODBUS.
7) Connects to high-speed local area networks via CAN bus.
● The control system is designed according to the principles of “fail-safe protection” and “safety interlocking.”
● The K-FC01 speed measurement module employs a two-out-of-three redundancy configuration.
● I/O modules, the main control unit, and power supplies support hot-swap functionality.
● All I/O modules feature intelligent design.
