Axial-Supporting bearings mainly bear the entire weight and centrifugal force of the rotor, and determine the radial position of the rotor.
1. Main Function:
1.1It can keep that the center of rotor is aligned with the center of cylinder; And keep that the gap between the rotor and stationary components, such as cylinders and seals, within standard range.
1.2 Lubrication function: It can form Liquid friction through pressure oil film between the shaft journal and the bearing shell, and reduce the friction loss
2.Structure and Material:
2.1 Bearing Assembling:Cast iron casting, which is designed with oil return chamber and oil blocking ring to prevent lubricating oil leakage.
2.2 Lining tile: The structure is two halves with upper half and bottom half. Inner lining is bearing alloy (Babbitt alloy), and oil film is formed through wedge gap.
3. Applicable equipment:
