Introduction
Seal sleeve of Main Throttle Valve Stem for steam turbine is common component used for valve stem dynamic sealing, Installed inside the stuffing box. It is closely adhered to the surface of the valve stem through elastic deformation. It make realize steam sealing under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, and adaptability to the reciprocating motion of the valve stem, and adapt to valve stem of reciprocating motion. It is widely used for valve stem sealing of adjusting valves & main steam valves & auxiliary valves & extraction valves in Medium and high pressure steam turbines.
1.Main functions:
1.1.Sealed isolation.
1.2.Lubrication reduces and wear and tear.
1.3.Compensate for thermal deformation.
1.4.Buffer and shock absorption.
2.Common faults:
2.1.Sealing leakage;
2.2.Installing and adjusting is bias, and make valve stem jamming;
2.3.The packing ring is aging and cracking, and steam leakage volume continues to increase
