The 10um double-tube filter element is a key component in the turbine regulating system, mainly used to filter impurities in the regulating oil to prevent impurity particles from causing blockage or wear of precision hydraulic components (such as servo valves and solenoid valves), ensuring control accuracy and equipment safety.
1. Main functions:
1) Filtering impurities: By intercepting particles, metal chips and other impurities in the oil through filter materials, it prevents them from entering the regulating system and causing phenomena such as jamming and irregular fluctuations in the regulating system.
2) Protecting equipment: Maintaining the cleanliness of the regulating oil, protecting components such as slide valves and pistons, and extending the service life of the turbine.

1) Stainless steel filter element: Using stainless steel mesh or stainless steel perforated mesh as filter materials, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
2) Glass fiber filter element: Using glass fiber as filter materials, it has the characteristics of high filtration accuracy, strong oil flow capacity and large dirt holding capacity, suitable for high-precision filtration requirements.
