Product Introduction
Condensate pumps are defined as power station turbine equipment under the DL/T 893-2004 standard. Their primary function is to transport condensate from the first-stage heater to the feedwater pipe at the outlet of the same-stage heater, thereby reducing cold source losses and improving thermal efficiency.
Classified by operating principle into positive displacement pumps and centrifugal pumps, the former conveys liquid through periodic changes in the working chamber volume, while the latter relies on the interaction between impeller blades and liquid for transportation.
Condensate pumps are typically installed at the final or penultimate stage of low-pressure heater groups, handling saturated water as the conveyed medium and requiring excellent cavitation resistance. During technical upgrades, integrating them with a stepwise gravity drainage system optimizes structural design and enhances unit thermal efficiency.
DIS Series Drainage Pump Performance Range:
● Flow Rate Q: 3–420 m³/h
● Head H: 5–125 m
● Operating Temperature T: 0–150°C
